A new scientific paper on BioBran, titled “Synchronizing activity of Biobran/MGN-3 with exosomes: Therapeutic targeting of hypoxia pathway to inhibit angiogenesis and proliferation of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,” has been published by a research team led by Alaa E.M. Abdel-Mohsen and collaborators.
This in vitro study investigated BioBran, alone and in combination with exosomes, in breast invasive ductal carcinoma cells under low-oxygen conditions designed to model hypoxia in the tumor microenvironment. The study evaluated hypoxia- and angiogenesis-related markers, including HIF-1α, VEGF, and Ang-2, as well as cell viability and apoptosis.
