Researchers from Drew University, USA, and Mansoura University, Egypt,  made an academic presentation titled “BioBran/MGN-3, arabinoxylan from rice bran, sensitizes breast adenocarcinoma tumor cells to paclitaxel in mice” at the annual meeting of American Association for Cancer Research. This meeting took place at Pennsylvania Convention Center (Philadelphia, the U.S.) from April 18 through 22, 2015.  The study demonstrated that BioBran/MGN-3 significantly improved the effectiveness of paclitaxel.
