Daiwa Pharmaceutical exhibited at Arab Health 2010 in Dubai, the Middle East (January 25 to 28, 2010).

Arab Health is the largest health care exhibition in the Middle East and the second largest in the world, with a history of 35 years. People from 65 countries participated in Arab Health 2010, 2,500 companies displayed, and there were pavilions from 30 countries. As many as 429 companies from Germany, with the most, followed by 307 companies from China exhibited their products.

The exhibition consisted of three sections: (1) MEDLAB, in which medical equipment and medical devices were exhibited, (2) Arab Health Congress, a conference for health care professionals in various fields, and (3) an exhibition of other health care-related products.

Daiwa participated in the third section. More than 100 people visited our booth, particularly from pharmaceutical-related companies, to discuss business matters.

As for trade materials, while there were many questions about BioBran as was expected, NKCP also attracted many interests since obesity is now a serious problem in the Middle East.
