Arab Health 2009 was held at the Dubai International Exhibition Center in Dubai, UAE from January 26 through 29, 2009. Daiwa Pharmaceutical was one of the exhibitors.

Held annually in Dubai at this time of year, this is the largest exhibition in the Middle East. Once again, over 2,000 companies dealing with drugs and medicines, medical equipment, and health foods from about 60 countries mainly from the Middle East exhibited at the exhibition.

The number of visitors exceeded 50,000 in total, coming from the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa, and these included medical professionals, researchers, dealers of medical and health products, and distributors. Since a few health food companies exhibited at the exhibition, our booth was crowded all the time and flooded with enthusiastic questions and inquiries.

This time, Daiwa exhibited four products: Lentin Plus 1000 (BioBran), NKCP, Kefira (Rice Kefiran), and Epoglan Cream. BioBran has become a world-class brand that is already marketed in 46 countries worldwide. The second and third successor products to BioBran are steadily increasing their sales as well.

Daiwa has maintained significant sales performance in overseas markets and endeavors to build in-depth strategies and launches campaigns for highly potential regions in the future.
