Daiwa Health Development, Inc. (DHD USA), an American subsidiary of Daiwa Pharmaceutical, Co., Ltd. (Daiwa), took part in the Annual International Congress on Anti-aging Medicine and Regenerative Biomedical Technologies, and exhibited Daiwa's leading products.

The Congress took place December 12-14, 2008 at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The event was sponsored by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

DHD USA exhibited two products: BRM4 containing BioBran (rice bran arabinoxylan compound) targeted for use by medical professionals, and Plasmanex1 containing NKCP. In addition, two medical doctors presented a paper on BRM4 titled “Epigenetics & Immunosenescence Reversal: An Evidence Based Anti-Aging Paradigm” and a paper on Plasmanex1 titled “Modern Day Coagulation Battles: The Constellation of Metabolic Storms that End in Thrombotic Disasters.” In their presentations, the doctors discussed the relationship between immunity and longevity, and the causes and management of metabolic syndrome.
