Daiwa Health Development Inc., a US-based affiliate, exhibited at Natural Product Expo West 2008 (March 14 to 16, 2008, Anaheim)

Daiwa Health Development Inc., a US-based affiliate, exhibited at Natural Product West held at Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California on March 14 to 16.

This is the largest-scale exhibition of natural foods in the U.S. This year, approximately 3,400 companies displayed their products and there were over 50,000 visitors, which is an 11% increase on the number of visitors last year.

The affiliate, opened 3 years ago, displayed “PeakImmune4,” a dietary supplement containing BioBran (rice bran arabinoxylan compound) to further increase the awareness and distribution. Approximately 1,000 people visited our booth, representing a large increase from the number of visitors for the exhibition in March 2006. The visitors asked many questions about PeakImmune4 and the rice bran arabinoxylan compound reflecting their keen interest.

The company has arranged for a doctor to give a presentation on the latest data on BioBran and set up a booth in the 16th Annual World Congress on Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) to be held at Orlando, Florida from April 25. They intend to promote the sales of the products to doctors.
