Non-Profit Organization Japan Functional Food Research Association will hold "Health Forum 2007" in July

NPO Japan Functional Food Research Association (JAFRA) will hold the “Health Forum 2007” at Marunouchi Building Hall in Tokyo on Sun, July 29.

The activities of the research association, approved as an NPO by the Cabinet Office in September 2006, have mainly involved the transmission of information concerning food materials and health through workshops abroad, the Internet, and publications. As the forum will be the first big event after the association's approval as an NPO, the association will be mobilizing all available resources: it intends to invite leading experts in various fields as lecturers and is making wide calls for participation.

“Health Forum 2007” will open with the theme “Immune system enhancement and antiaging by food” as follows:
