The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine is an international non-profit organization that promotes research and provides information on anti-aging medicine. They have several thousand members and an established presence in 75 countries worldwide. This year's meeting of the academy drew over 6,000 attendees, with an array of presentations that included more than 80 lectures and poster sessions, as well as manned exhibition booths representing upwards of 700 vendors and companies.

Among the poster presentations, DHD USA exhibited preliminary work by Dr. Karriem H. Ali, MD (Stanford, USA), who actually used BRM4, on immunomodulatory effects of rice bran arabinoxylan derivative (BioBran). On the final evening, Dr. Ali also presented a clinical and scientific buffet seminar to medical doctors and other health practitioners. The group actively exchanged thoughtful opinions concerning a variety of problems faced in clinical practice. DHD USA plans to continue to advance network-building among prominent medical professionals and clinical scientists throughout North America.
